PHIL BLAZEK

Phil is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, employees and material procurement.  He also administers construction contracts and acts as a prominent resource for our clients to ensure that their goals of completing a construction project are successfully met.

He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of each project, including the management and control of the budgeting, scheduling, negotiation of contracts, and enforcement of contractual provisions from pre-bid
to warranty. 

Phil’s industry experience includes various types of construction projects from the ground up.  He started in the field more than 29 years ago working as a carpenter and general laborer for remodeling and new construction housing.  His project lists range from $120,000 condo construction to custom housing in excess of $3 million.  He has managed many commercial projects including tenant improvement through construction of churches and office building space. 

 
Phil received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Purdue University in Construction Management in 1994.  He has been successfully utilizing his skills and expanding his knowledge of construction ever since!
